Jennie Deane art is a little garden studio space I have here in the beautiful Blue Mountains, Australia. My art is quirky, sometimes whimsical, and often from my daydreaming imagination. I have always loved drawing and painting, but it wasn’t until I was expecting my first daughter Rosie that I painted my first children’s illustration. In 2010, my brand hiccup art was created, so called because I hiccup nearly every day. This is where all my children’s illustrations sit.

 

In 2015, The Blue Mountains became our home and my connection with my surroundings lead me to create more landscapes. A little bit more grown up you might say. I enjoy many other forms of art and I’m currently working towards my ‘LOOKOUT’ book and exhibition. 25 beautiful Blue Mountains lookouts, created in different mediums.
